Welcome to our Race event the WINTER OPEN MEETING FOR the UNDER 2ltr Rookie Bangers & support formulas.
Gates for this special event open at 2pm with racing from 6pm, drivers racing must be on site and scruitineered ready to race by 5pm latest.
Spectators attending can buy tickets for arena parking in advance from January 4th from 10am,
main tickets payable on the gate, to get trackside & top deck parking, this is sold first come first served on the pre book system.
on arrival on race day should arena parking not be fully pre sold, then again on the day this will be first come first in, outside parking is plenty full for spectators who wish to just pay and walk in you can do so on turnstile entry from 2pm.
everyone MUST also write and provide track and trace information showing race date, your name and address and postcode including phone number for everyone in your group visiting with you on entry, this must be handed in on entry when paying as a condition of admission, please do not write the details at track please bring them with you, this is also a requirement for all race drivers who bring transporters.
this rule is in place for the whole duration of Covid 19 pandemic. Spectators & drivers please read the Covid 19 information further down.
Admission costs for Spectators at this event General admission 14yrs plus £15.00 per person, child 5 yrs up to 13 yrs is £5.00 per person, Arena parking £12.99(if available) Outside parking £2.00 (entry is at the discretion of gate staff for age limits, proof of i.d is requested to show to gate staff on entry should your child look older than 13yrs of age. gate staff have the right to refuse entry.
Drivers please note spectators can come in your lorries but the above track and trace rules apply please bring them with you before you enter site, please note drivers will have to pay £40.00 to race payable on entry to the pit area and a £2.00 sign on fee when signing on to race at pit office (please bring correct money as change will not be given).
FURTHER VISITING INFORMATION: Spectators please be advised that food catering trailers are open on site during your visit, for all food requirements selling food such as bacon rolls and burgers, hot and cold drinks for your refreshments these concessions are run separately from the raceway operators.
All dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and if your pet should mess please be kind enough to clean it up for the comfort of our visiting patrons.
DURING COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS we ask you to provide written track and trace information on entry to site, you must also adhere to the 2 meter distancing between groups and ask that you view around the arena with plenty of room between you and the next family, please stay within maximum of 6 bubbles or less if government guidelines impose less than 6, it is your responsibility to adhere to guidelines set out whilst on site at all times. when queuing for food or office or toilets, we would ask that masks be worn. Everyone is responsible to comply to government guidelines and our entry policies whilst on site, you are also asked to scan track and trace QR codes for NHS whilst on site, these signs are available showing this around the arena and at access gates.

PLEASE NOTE! Spectating the arena will NOT BE ABLE to access pit areas due to new covid restrictions, areas will be provided for safe viewing, pit crews will only be able to access viewing on or under the race control, not pit bend due to distancing from spectators families.
Everyone must note that face coverings are compulsory and mandatory to be worn as a condition of admission no exceptions. Anyone that refuses to wear the face coverings will be asked to leave.
Arena parking viewing will be in your family bubbles of up to 6 you cannot mix with other customers or friends other than 1 that can meet you outside as per goverment rules.
